Q. We're buying a home and after inspection we found the wood floors were very scratched in every room. Approx. 2000 sq. ft. No if you have been finding little nicks and scratches all over the place and expect the seller to address this with a repair cost I would agree with your attorney. Finding little faults here and there are expected in a house that have been lived in.
